Dow has an opportunity for a DMT (Data Management Team) Code located in São Paulo, São Paulo (BRA), The Coding Steward role provides support in creating and updating the Customer and Vendor Master data based on requests received from our internal stakeholders, respecting the procedures in effect provided by the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Responsibilities:

• Attend Vendor and Customer coding requests timely;

• Input/update data into Dow’s systems according to compliance policies;

• Guide users (requesters) through small, simple issues related to the requests;

• Participate actively on work procedures updates and trainings provided by EDM specialists;

• Follow and most recent updates in the work procedures, as soon as they are properly communicated;

• Act in  realization of registrations and creation of codes for global customers and vendors.

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years in this role.

Required qualifications:

• Advanced English (internal global attendance);

• Knowledge in SAP;

• Complete bachelor’s degree or studying;

• Microsoft Office skills;

• Experience in performing registrations and creating codes for  customers and vendors.

Your preferred qualifications include:

• Spanish

• Power BI
