The Sales Manager at JM Lexus plays a key role in delivering a seamless, negotiation-free luxury automotive sales experience. This position serves as the guest’s single point of contact throughout the entire sales process—from initial greeting to vehicle delivery—ensuring transparency, personalization, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the entire sales process, including needs assessment, vehicle selection, financing, and delivery
Create a personalized, transparent, and negotiation-free experience for each guest
Manage customer leads and follow up to drive new business
Perform data entry and CRM updates throughout the sales process
Participate in ongoing training and certifications to support professional growth
Support team culture by exemplifying JM Family values and working collaboratively
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with technology (Apple, Windows, Samsung products)
Valid driver’s license required
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Professional appearance and commitment to outstanding service
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
