As a Commercial Sales Lead HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to revenue-generating teams, aligning people strategy with sales goals to drive growth, productivity, and talent management. The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation critical to driving business value and creating a best-in-class employee experience in a manner consistent with the company’s mission and values. The HR Business Partner team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluates the organization's future workforce needs to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs. Partners with leaders on workforce forecasting, utilizing data analytics to project future headcount, talent needs, and capability gaps.
This can be a hybrid position - onsite with one day/week remote, plus quarterly national travel to support Sales meetings and other functions.
