Our Specialty Compliance and Ethics team ensures integrity and accountability across Walmart Inc. by providing training, tools, and resources that enable associates to make ethical decisions. We partner with the business to identify risks, strengthen compliance practices, and build awareness. In this role, you will focus on the Sourcing organization, connecting business needs with compliance requirements and ensuring associates are well-prepared to meet Walmart’s high standards.
Lead the development and execution of the annual compliance training strategy for Sourcing, including timing, global audience alignment, and delivery methods.
Partner with Compliance subject matter experts to determine training audiences and ensure programs reflect sourcing realities and compliance priorities.
Oversee tracking, monitoring, and reporting of training completions, providing insights and updates to the Ethics & Compliance Training & Awareness team and senior leadership.
Drive the creation of compliance awareness messaging, coordinating approvals with Compliance and Sourcing leadership, and managing global rollouts.
Partner with the Sourcing PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of training and awareness initiatives.
Analyze training outcomes, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness, engagement, and efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Sourcing leaders, providing guidance on training requirements and awareness best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
