We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Admin support to manage work pass administration and office operations. The role is responsible for the end-to-end processing of employee work passes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Workpass administration
Track and manage new applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates for employee and dependent work passes.
Coordinate security bonds, medical checks, education verification, and other regulatory requirements
Process Pre-entry housing approval (PEHA) and coordinate Workpass Onboarding Centre (WPOC) requirements
Liaise with managers, employees, and relevant authorities to ensure timely work pass processing and compliance.
General & Employee administration
Provide front desk and general administrative support
Manage distribution and tracking of uniforms, PPE, toolkits, and employee lockers.
Administer office access cards, Shell cards, and related records.
Oversee company van rental administration, including inspection and servicing
Liaise with building management for carpark season passes.
Coordinate printing and issuance of business name cards (printed and digital).
Manage mini-office storeroom
Support in business license renewal and compliance
Support employee gift arrangements
Coordinate employee incentive payouts
Manage Corppass administration and support internal audit documentation and compliance activities
Ahoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore work pass processing and office administration
Experience in construction sector work pass processes (PCP, PEHA, WPOC) is an advantage
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (employees, managers, authorities, vendors)
Proficient in Microsoft office
