About the Role

As a member of the CHO bancassurance team, the role is to drive sales activities with all branches to improve sales productivity and effectiveness in key accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Enhance local sales execution in key channels (50%)

Drive initiatives to improve sales productivities at ground level. ; Drive sales activities by implementing promotion and training initiatives with local teams; Drive relationship development with key account sales functions;

- Improve key account satisfaction (50%)

Establish good communication with key accounts at all levels with timely response; Work out joint business plan with key accounts; Work with local teams to achieve joint target of key accounts.

Job Requirements:

•    University graduate or above, preferably in Marketing and Economic
•    Over 8 years related experience in insurance industry; work experience in sales promotion or marketing function is an advantage.
•    In-depth knowledge in responsible product/area.
•    Excellent planning and organizational skills
•    Creativity and innovative thinking. Fast learner, proactive and motivated with integrity, trustworthy
•    Good communication capability with proficiency in English and Chinese.
