Senior Business Transformation & Strategy Specialist – US Health and Wealth
What can you expect?
Mercer is seeking a strategic, delivery-focused Program Manager to provide tracking, operational solutions, and executive visibility for Health & Wealth business initiatives in the US. You will typically manage multiple internal projects simultaneously, working with senior stakeholders to map current processes, define day-to-day operational solutions, consolidate status and metrics for leadership, and lead targeted initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
This position will be based in Mexico City (Torre Mayor) It is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Tracking and visibility of all Health & Wealth business projects: Maintain comprehensive oversight of ongoing projects, ensuring transparency, up-to-date status, risk/issue visibility, and progress tracking.
- Define solutions for day-to-day operations: Develop and implement practical operational solutions that optimize daily activities and reduce friction across Health & Wealth functions.
- Consolidate information for executives: Prepare concise, consolidated reports and executive briefings on project and initiative progress to enable timely, informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Align operational strategies across business, technology, operations, finance, and third-party partners to ensure cohesive execution.
- Support development of plans & programs: Assist business leaders in scoping, designing, and sequencing programs and initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and service delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics: Regularly review KPIs and performance data to identify improvement opportunities, quantify benefits, and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive persistent follow‑through to close assigned actions: Maintain an action register, send reminders, document blockers, and escalate as needed
What you need to have:
- 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, program or project management, or business transformation (Health &/or Wealth industry experience preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in project tracking, executive reporting, and maintaining program visibility across portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience briefing senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and performance data to drive continuous improvement and profitability initiatives.
- Experience working with Stakeholders in USA experience with USA clients or stakeholders
- Bilingual English/Spanish
