Position Summary...
As a senior partner in ad partner management, you’ll shape the relationships that power Walmart Connect’s advertising ecosystem. You’ll lead strategic partnerships, strengthen product integrations, and guide the work that helps our partners — and our advertisers — grow. This role is ideal for someone with deep AdTech experience, strong technical fluency, and a passion for building solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
What you'll do...
Lead partnership strategy - Own relationships with high‑impact advertising and AdTech partners, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Guide technical conversations across API integrations, measurement capabilities, data solutions, and platform interoperability.
- Build and manage joint business plans that include quarterly goals, integration milestones, and long‑term growth strategies.
- Drive adoption of Walmart Connect solutions through partner channels by identifying opportunities, defining KPIs, and sharing data‑backed recommendations.
Support partner enablement and go‑to‑market efforts - Build and execute enablement strategies that strengthen onboarding, training, and product adoption.
- Create clear communication materials, product demos, and updates for internal and external audiences.
- Lead performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap alignment conversations with key partners.
Work across teams to deliver impact - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, measurement, marketing, and partner operations teams to turn partner needs into actionable improvements.
- Surface risks, opportunities, and insights that inform Walmart Connect’s partner roadmap and broader ecosystem strategy.
- Ensure partner integrations stay on track — and that our shared goals remain aligned.
Use data to guide decisions - Use analytics to evaluate partner performance, forecast impact, and identify ways to optimize.
- Influence data strategy, measurement capabilities, and audience solutions that strengthen partner value.
- Assess third‑party capabilities to ensure integrations remain high‑quality, scalable, and efficient.
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, partner management, or platform ecosystem roles
A track record of leading strategic partnerships with technical and commercial components
Experience working with advertising APIs, data integrations, measurement partners, or AdTech platforms
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build business cases and influence stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Experience in retail media or managing enterprise‑level AdTech partnerships
Background in data partnerships, identity solutions, or audience strategy
Experience creating GTM programs and enablement plans
Experience negotiating commercial terms, integration roadmaps, or multi‑quarter commitments.

5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
