ABOUT THE ROLE
FOX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our Bangalore-based Consumer Product Engineering and broader technical teams.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing and securing top-tier technical talent in one of the most competitive markets in the world. Success in this role requires deep familiarity with hiring challenges specific to India, including long notice periods, high competition for top candidates, and frequent counter-offer scenarios. You'll partner closely with local and global stakeholders to design recruiting strategies that address these realities while building strong, lasting pipelines for Fox Tech.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Consumer Product Engineering and other Fox Tech teams in India
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, develop interview plans, and align on candidate profiles
• Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant, with a focus on proactive, outbound sourcing
• Use AI tools like Enterprise GPT to accelerate sourcing tasks, outreach, and workflow automation
• Implement creative sourcing strategies across niche platforms, communities, and networks in the India tech ecosystem
• Collaborate using Slack, Google Suite, and Outlook to manage scheduling, candidate communications, and team updates
• Ensure compliance and data integrity within Workday, in line with Fox TA operations and global standards
• Deliver timely communication and progress reporting to Bangalore and U.S.-based stakeholders
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring engineering talent in India
• Deep understanding of the India tech talent landscape, including standard notice periods (30–90 days), counter-offer trends, and retention challenges
• Experience supporting product engineering teams, especially front-end, back-end, ML, and full-stack roles
• Strong sourcing and outreach skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant
• Proficiency with Workday, Slack, Google Suite, and Outlook
• Experience using AI tools like Enterprise GPT to optimize sourcing and recruiting workflows (not evaluation)
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize across multiple searches, and communicate effectively with global teams
  

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

• Experience recruiting in consumer tech, OTT, or streaming product environments
• Familiarity with hybrid hiring models (contract, freelance, full-time)
• Comfort engaging with candidates across global markets or working in a distributed TA structure
