• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock scenarios through precise forecasting.
• Analyze supply chain metrics, including lead times and service levels, to improve operational efficiency and agility.

Business Case Development & Implementation Leadership

• Develop comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives, integrating financial, market, and operational analyses.
• Lead project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with company objectives.

Advanced Data Analytics & Tool Development

• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL to create predictive models, dashboards, and scenario simulations.
• Build and refine analytical frameworks for continuous decision-making and performance improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

• Serve as the key connection between sales, supply chain, and retail operations, fostering alignment and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in retail analytics, supply chain, or demand planning roles with demonstrated project leadership.
• Advanced expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proven experience in developing business cases and leading projects from ideation to implementation.
