The Impact of the Sr. Data Insights & Analytics Lead to Coupa:

As a senior-level individual contributor within the Talent Strategy team, this role works globally to champion a culture of evidence-based decision-making without the responsibility of direct people management. By transforming complex workforce data into clear, actionable intelligence, this individual empowers the organization to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent.

Using advanced analytical methods and deep domain expertise, you will be translating complex data into compelling, "executive-ready" narratives and visual presentations that clearly lead to interventions and actions in the business. This position acts as a strategic architect and high-level thought partner, moving beyond reactive reporting to provide predictive insights that anticipate business challenges.

Partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, EDE, and business leaders, this position serves as the primary owner of Coupa’s people listening strategy, transforming feedback from global surveys into a roadmap for organizational health. The individual in this role will be instrumental in designing the future of our workforce planning, listening strategies, and organizational effectiveness measurement.

In this dynamic and visible role, the individual in this role will act as a coach and thought partner, a catalyst for a data-driven culture, and a champion for cross-functional collaboration.
