Customer Assist plays a critical role in supporting customers through complex and highly regulated vehicle finance situations. The Business Analyst, Collections drives continuous improvement across people, process and partners, implementing practical solutions that improve customer outcomes and business results.
Key Deliverables
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Track and own technical incidents & defects through to resolution
Leads the design & implementation of new processes or functionality that will drive efficiency and effectiveness
Complete detailed analysis and communicate business requirements & facilitates actions required with internal and external partners
Complete UAT testing and conduct BVT as required
Manage projects & initiatives, on time and on budget
Ensures new SOP's are developed for new process
Facilitates and develops training following the release of new system functionality or processes
Ensures alignment of data across FIS, reporting, API's & SFTP's

Qualifications & Experience
Experiences
Experience in delivering Operational excellence – this may be in a front line role, as a SME or as leadership
Financial services, preferably within Automotive Finance
Demonstrated experience standing up or streamlining processes in a face-paced, agile environment
Collections, Hardship or Complaints experience highly regarded, but not necessary
Highly Desirable System Experience (any of the following)
Jira & Confluence
FIS
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / JET)
Advanced Excel skills
