Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking an experienced Implementation and Support Specialist to develop, configure and implement operational efficiencies for our Title and Escrow operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Title Insurance industry Title Production Systems, and their integrated edge technologies. Attention to detail, ability to dissect and efficiency solve complex business problems with excellent customer service are key skills for the position. Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment, and efficiently juggle multiple challenges simultaneously is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and configure workflows, documents, underwriter rates, fees, integrations, and provision users for clients using ResWare.
Provide technical support to internal teams and clients using ResWare.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly.
Maintain documentation related to software support processes.
Requirements:
Proficient in ResWare configuration, developing complex documents, integrations, rates, and fees
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education/Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ResWare application configuration and support.
Experience with application configuration for SoftPro, Qualia, and integrated title technology is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is desirable.
