Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs, ensuring that both technology and business solutions align with business requirements. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and ensuring that the solutions provided meet the clients' expectations and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Experience with integration patterns and technologies such as RESTful APIs and SOAP. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
