A strong understanding of the club’s event spaces, products, and offerings is essential for engaging prospective clients and ensuring efficient event delivery.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to sell and upsell to maximise revenue. You’ll respond promptly to all inbound enquiries and convert leads into successful bookings. A key part of your role will be building a targeted sales funnel through research and outbound activity, aiming to meet and exceed event revenue targets.
You will represent Special Events at the stadium, attending event days, engaging with clients, and ensuring they feel valued and well looked after. You’ll assist in planning and delivering events and concerts, while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure everyone is aligned and well-briefed on event details. You’ll review and evaluate events to identify key learnings and improvements, staying up to date with best practices in event delivery.
