Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a prestigious client organisation in the United Arab Emirates to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure programme. 

This senior level role requiring expertise in contract administration, commercial risk management and stakeholder engagement with a complex infrastructure project. 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience within large-scale rail or metro projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support the resolution of contractual issues, variations, and claims in coordination with client and contractor teams.
• Prepare and review contractual documentation, correspondence, and reports.
• Advise on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and procurement processes.
• Liaise with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 15+ years of contract administration experience within rail projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is essential.
• Proven track record in contract administration on major infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
• Qualified and chartered by a recognized international body such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
