Who You Are
IPSCGG is looking for a seasoned Engineer to lead our Data Visualization and Management (DVM) efforts. You will be chartered to deliver on your mission to build useful visualization and appealing dashboards that are focused on data integrity and automation to aid organizational transformations and own the data structure of our System of Records for execution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Adopting leading edge and innovative techniques (ML) to automate routine execution management tasks.
Be the single source for IPSCG dashboard information on quality, schedule, operations, and assessment of customer delight.
Architect, manage and lead the use of data to aid organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will engage and collaborate with our key stakeholders (IP and SoC teams) and partners to understand their needs to provide the appropriate data solutions.
Use performance methodologies to optimize data platforms software to ensure the best performance on Intel for IPSCG dashboard solutions.
Be highly experienced in business data and performance analysis and provide data insights to leadership.
Derive learnings and feedback from stakeholders and partners and constantly evolve our products and offerings
Strong technical background and proven track record in automation, data visualization and management - specifically using Power BI.
Deep understanding of Software Development, Software Optimization and Debug.
Understanding of Server environments such as database cloud and enterprise applications performance.
Proven leadership, proactive and highly self-motivated; good critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong communicator to manage a complex set of stakeholders - across multiple organizational levels and geographies.
Innovation/change agent
Experience working with senior, cross function/cross organization teams
Deep understanding of the IP development flow and methodology from concept to production
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, along with experience in driving efficiencies across an organization
You must possess the minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering -OR- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in design principles and techniques in two or more of the following areas: Microarchitecture definition RTL development Validation development Post-silicon testing.
Experience in front-end design and/or integration
Experience with Python, Perl, or other scripting languages
Proficiency at using key Intel Systems of Record like HSD-ES, Carbon, Jira, Atlas et al.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$104,890.00-$148,080.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
