Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. We manage a portfolio of 60+ hotels across the United States, and provide investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services, and hospitality career opportunities to our partners and team members. We are currently looking to add a Senior Field Support Specialist to our corporate team based in Denver, CO.

Senior Field Support Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executing tasks within multiple concurrent information technology projects of medium to large scale
  • Work with multiple vendors to ensure timely project execution and rollout
  • Serve as a primary hands-on problem solver and liaison for any issues, roadblocks, and risks; maintaining responsibility for problem resolution

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have strong cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and projects while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify areas of improvement and make sound recommendations to solve problems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective at working within multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and proceed on own good judgment
  • Capability to travel within Colorado or to other states where hotel properties are located

Specialties/System Knowledge:  

  • Networking, network design and troubleshooting
  • Switch, router, and firewall configurations and maintenance
  • Property Systems i.e. PMS, POS, A/V, HSIA, Digital Signage, Key Systems
  • Corporate help desk / support – user support, desktop imaging, directory support (Entra 365)
  • Data and voice circuits – sizing, ordering, and installation
  • Low voltage cabling – troubleshooting and repair
  • Low voltage building infrastructure design / assessment
  • Network+ certification preferred

EDUCATION:

  • 3+ years of experience working within the hospitality, restaurant, retail or any other multi-site   industry on technical projects required
  • Proven experience executing tasks within projects, size and duration (e.g. system/platform conversions, process overhaul)
  • Experience managing and supporting Marriot, Hyatt and Hilton Brands preferred.
