As a Senior Product Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for working directly with senior executives and leaders within the organization, making high-level decisions that impact the overall direction of the organization.

Additionally, you should excel in supporting the professional growth of your direct reports, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, challenging current solutions, and enhancing the overall user experience across the organization.

• <point>You're proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools.</point>

• <point>You stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies to apply this knowledge to your work.</point>
