Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Operations BI team within the Real World Solutions (RWS) organization and help the business make data-driven decisions through fit for purpose analytics. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a broad range of business problems and stakeholders, bring efficiency through change and lead operational effectiveness projects related to analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI).
• Clean, validate, and transform data using SQL to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather their requirements and help them interpret analytical dashboards.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Actively contribute to internal team activities and processes and suggest improvements.
• Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to improve business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data related field and/or software development or equivalent experience in analytics, data, or software development.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics position (e.g., business analyst, data engineer).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of SQL and ability to construct and transform data using it.
• Solid understanding of database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the BI field.
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications (not required but beneficial):

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., SQL Server, AWS Redshift).
• Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
