Responsibilities

• Participate to the Technical Department Review of project (depending on the role on the project)
• Do (depending on the role on the project) the interface between T&C staffs on projects and Management
• Capitalize on metrics, lessons learnt and earned values in the Department repository
• Prepare, perform and lead T&C activities (example: Documentation, Software Installation, Testing, Surveys, Defect Reports ...)
• Deploy system/software
• Perform on-site testing work with clients and Designated Contractors
• Investigate faults on the system and provide a first analysis
• Provide T&C solutions taking into account Time/Cost/Quality
• Prepare and handle Quality Reviews
• Specify, choose and deploy methodologies (including metrics), tools/platforms necessary to T&C and acceptance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in project coordination
• At least 6 years in T&C on CBTC Signaling Systems is a must
• Strong Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle
• Strong leadership
• Windows, Linux OS working experience
• Fluent in English and capacity to write technical documentation in English
• Rigor and Safety at work are a must
• Flexible working hour and schedule (example: night, weekend or holiday)
• Experience in test automation would be an advantage
• Experience in system integration in Software and/or Hardware would be an advantage
