Roles and Responsibilities: Operational Build the necessary tools models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and ad hoc requests. Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting. Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the Regional guidelines. Manage forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy. Coordinate local forecasting process, co build short and mid term demand plan with Sales & Marketing team Propose demand plan based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, guidelines issued from previous S&OP cycles) Cooperate with the Product and Marketing teams to understand the product availability and coming Marketing activities Consolidate the product level forecasts from the sales teams Provide visibility on product performance and reveal a trend towards lower or higher margin products for management team for fact-based decision making Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer needs Work with sales teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.
