Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, participating in design discussions, and ensuring that the software meets quality standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance the overall functionality of the applications. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure the team remains competitive and efficient in delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
