Position Summary:

Responsible in leading and supervising the PES Analytics Team in creation, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the analytical tools and reports needed to efficiently support PES’ SIOP, Sales, Customer Service, Sourcing, and Operations teams’ requirements and opportunities.

· Work with Analytics Manager to lead all data driven projects in Supply Chain applications implementations, design, development, and support in model building across capacity planning, inventory analysis, forecasting and other cross functional requirements.

· Collaborates with department managers to identify gaps or metrics improvement opportunities.

· Monitors all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and activities of Analytics team

Major Responsibilities:

1. Organization and Team Management Effectiveness:

a. Manage team’s performance, trainings and development needs.

b. Liaison between Analytics team and business unit counterparts

c. Manage team workload, delegate tasks, subject matter expert, identify opportunities, and monitor day to day management of the team. Authorize Over Time and Leaves and ensure work is scheduled to meet department requirements.

d. Promoting Analytics team’s growth through development plans for subordinates, recruitment selection, appraisal, coaching, trainings coordination, promotions and terminations

e. Performs personnel reviews on quarterly and bi-annual basis for subordinates including coaching sessions, disciplinary actions, Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and Development Plan.

2. Operations Excellence:

a. Creation of SMART objectives or individual performance measurement indicators based on Business goals.

b. Enforces Quality, Productivity and Efficiency metrics

c. Ensures that metrics are being met and Analytics team’s direction coincides with the Business objectives.

3. Assist with design and development of value added operational reporting and analysis across all four silos of SIOP cycle and Supply Chain. (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Executive Review)

4. Oversee the design, development, testing, implementation and support of all BI, Power BI reports for Supply Chain and other departments as needed by PES segment.

5. Partner in the development of long term strategies for transitioning IT data structures from existing data sources and processes to standardized, scalable long-term solutions including EDM (Enterprise data management)

6. Assist the Supply Chain Manager/PES Manager in Ensuring team executes to near term and long term roadmap deliverables.

7. Participate in efforts to quantify, track and prioritize the business value of projects

8. Study operational problems and prepares written recommendations for improvements through modeling, analytical reviews, data mining and other analytical methods.

9. Assist in designing and measuring new analysis/reporting processes.

10. Maintenance of the standard process documentation for the processes owned

11. Provides team updates and download information to the team.

Perform other duties and oversee special projects and assignments as may be assigned.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Qualifications/ Technical Skills

· Bachelor’s Degree graduate

· With 2 years experience in Analytics role

· Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables), MS Access, and MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI

· MRP Knowledge (Oracle preferred), database structures (DBA a plus).

· Well developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident in dealing with people at different levels

· Knowledge of Operational/Supply Chain metrics reporting and analytical tools / analysis.

· Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly

· Strong communication skills, verbal and written

· Self-starter

· Strong team player; Strong interpersonal skills; Comfort with working with several cultures / nationalities and managing teams across several time zones globally.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:

· Strong presentation skills

· Experience in an Operations or Supply Chain Supervisor role

· Experience supervising/managing teams.

· Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, S&OP, Master Scheduling, Inventory / Warehouse Optimization, Demand Planning

· Ability to work cross functionally to drive business initiatives (finance, manufacturing, customer service, logistics, sourcing.)

· Interact effectively with stakeholders and executives across business and functional operations
