RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Guest Repairs:

  • Process inbound and outbound repairs daily (ship and receive) to/from customers, Shinola Retail Locations, and Wholesale partners.
  • Log product, guest, and repair information into Salesforce.
  • Stage and prepare guest repairs.
  • Able to support business needs to accommodate holiday schedule, training and customer needs.

Process Transfer Orders:

  • Process inbound transfer orders sent from warehouse for repair.
  • Stage and organize watches by SKU.

Communication:

  • Have open communication through Salesforce, Teams and Outlook with leadership and supporting departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Customer Service
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Package Zen, FIFO, Microsoft AX, Outlook and Teams preferred.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
