Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience in AI/ML, backend data engineering, with some experience leading projects or small teams preferred.
• Strong expertise in Python, with extensive experience in data manipulation, ML frameworks, and productionizing code.
• Practical experience building and fine-tuning LLMs for various NLP applications.
• Solid grasp of NLP concepts: tokenization, embedding, text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, etc.
• Familiarity with agentic development (e.g., agent frameworks, multi-agent collaboration, task orchestration).
• Experience with common data science and ML tools/libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs and integrating AI services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps workflows is a plus.

Good to have:

• Exposure to knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or hybrid AI architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering and custom LLM deployments.
• Background in domain-specific NLP (Supply Chain, Healthcare, Finance, Legal, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
