This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
5+ years in a product or program management role.
Deeply Technical. Experience with CI/CD (pipeline layouts, package/artifact management, cloud compute infrastructure, security, and IAM), and mobile engineering tools and patterns such as dependency injection, composition, declarative design and contract testing are crucial to enabling large, distributed mobile teams to build at scale. You’re comfortable writing technical specifications as needed.
Familiarity with growing operational maturity across mobile app teams and supporting this growth through adoption of modern mobile development practices and tools and architectural ‘building blocks’
Platform as a Product approach. You understand developers are your primary customer and you’re passionate about abstracting problems that improve their experience and agility.
Highly Analytical. You use data to make decisions and are comfortable assembling it yourself or working with others.
Product Owner. You know how to take ideas, define products, work with partners, and ship features.
Outcome-Oriented. You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the development team to get solutions shipped.
Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs and coordinating projects across multiple teams and organizations.
Strong written and oral interpersonal skills in English and Spanish..
