Who you are:

As a Frost Investments Learning and Development Training II, you are our educator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for financial advisor teams. You believe knowledge is power and are committed to staying up to date on new training methodologies to constantly improve curriculum. Most importantly, this role is about ensuring training is reflective of our company culture and aligned with our core values of integrity, caring and excellence.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for financial advisor teams to ensure accurate development throughout the department
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on various investment products, financial planning strategies, and sales techniques
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to ensure continuous learning and professional development
  • Collaborate with other training specialists to share best practices, standardized training approaches, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, training, or an advisory role
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial planning and investment operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Series 7, 63, 65/66 or the ability to obtain within 120 days
