What you'll do...

Position Summary:
As a Manager, Supply Chain Management within our Supplier Quality Excellence, Insights and Design team, you will play a critical role in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving strategic insights through data analytics. Leveraging your expertise in SQL, dashboard development, and project management, you will be instrumental in optimizing processes and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management. This role demands strong leadership skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to enhance supply chain performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee quality improvement initiatives across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain robust dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics, utilizing tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying, extraction, and advanced analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior management, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Drive automation of manual reporting tasks, implementing dynamic solutions to streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, from gathering requirements and developing roadmaps to ensuring timely execution and managing project risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices in supply chain quality and performance, leveraging industry standards and emerging trends.

  • Ensuring project success through adept project management and ensure the successful execution of multiple projects concurrently, contributing to the overall success of supply chain initiatives.

     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Data Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in data and analytics within a supply chain context.
  • Strong skills in dashboard development and data visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Visual Studio (vb.net, visual basic, etc.), Python, and Dataiku.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with additional data analysis tools and programming languages is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
