Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive guests to designated locations in accordance with a Sales contract.
2. Keep vehicle clean and presentable.
3. Report any issues that may arise with the shuttle or associated equipment.
4. Assist with meeting guests coming and leaving the hotel.
5. Provide guest with excellent customer service while providing them with shuttle services.
6. Re-fuel vehicle as necessary and take in for maintenance as scheduled.
7. Stay in communication with TMS Front Desk as issues arise or business warrants.
8. During downtime assist the Front desk with guest services to include: answering guest questions, providing information and showing guest where to go, etc.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
High School degree/diploma or equivalent or additional experience
Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to speak and hear. Close and distance vision. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
