The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for all local customer service activities and processes for food customers.
 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for customer service function.
  • Update PO received in timely manner and process order.
  • Handle all local delivery, direct indent shipment.
  • Invoice to customer in timely manner.
  • Liaise with transporters for the delivery.
  • Liaise with warehouse for delivery arrangement or any stocks issue.
  • Always support Go-to Market team.
     

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in related field
  • Work experience in Customer service field in manufacturing industry
  • English and Bahasa Melayu fluency, both written and spoken

Desirable requirements:

  • SAP system experience is advantageous
  • Mandarin language is desirable

Required behaviors and skills:

  • Good communication skills and experience working on a team.
  • Good organization skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to be highly adaptable, flexible and desire to learn
  • Must be self-motivated, initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
