Key Responsibilities

Acknowledge and resolve Customer Service Requests (CSRs) through the Customer ServiceNow Database. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Maintain excellent communication with customer and internal stakeholders and become an internal expert on customer needs for the department. Investigates customer inquiries. Locates and goods receipt materials as required. Perform transactions in SAP, or other inventory systems.  Will adhere to current Goods Receipt process; Verifies vendor labels before accepting parts and/or inventory.   Trains other Material Coordinators as required.  Follows documented business processes. May operates powered industrial vehicles as assigned; may operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack and/or forklift. Adheres to all safety standards and protocols; participates in addressing safety concerns.

Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, the use of hand and power tools, and driving or operating heavy machinery including forklifts.

  • Intermediate knowledge in ERP inventory system, SAP preferred.

U.S. Salary Range:

$22.50 - $30.80

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
