Help manage, configure, and develop our ServiceNow platform across multiple modules. Supporting the platform across multiple modules.

•    3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience across multiple modules
•    Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
•    Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.)
•    Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
•    Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular/React for Service Portal)
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
•    Demonstrated ability to context-switch between different modules and workstreams
•    Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
•    Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
Preferred: 
•    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or multiple Implementation Specialist certifications
