The opportunity:
AIA currently has an opportunity available for a Professional Services Manager to join the team for a 12-month period. Within this role you will be required to drive, design and develop an advice process which supports planners to deliver advice in an efficient and effective manner.
This is done through the development and delivery of processes, tools and other support materials which support the advice process and inform and guide planners on how to provide quality advice.
Success will be demonstrated by advisers who are comfortable to give quality advice in the core strategies, using provided/approved Advice tools and process within our rules.
To do this successfully you will:
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Relevant Degree/Diploma in line with ASIC education guidelines preferred
Experience working within the Financial Planning industry, with strong knowledge of advice processes, technical strategies and compliance requirements
Sound appreciation of Microsoft Office and Advice software will be highly regarded
The ability to think strategically and adopt a disciplined implementation approach
Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) and influencing skills
The ability to manage internal and external relationships and work cohesively with stakeholders
A risk mindset –All employees are expected to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
