About the Opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join St Vincent’s Care Gympie on a permanent part-time basis helping a dedicated team to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for our residents.

This role is 20 hours per week working permanent part time.

Things that work for us:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role (3 years’ experience desired)
  • Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge in Kronos and Workday desirable)
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  • National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
