About the Position:

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner to internal leaders and external clients, providing consultative guidance and data-driven insights to support effective hiring strategies. This role leads full-cycle recruitment efforts across high-volume programs, managing sourcing, interviewing, candidate qualification, and offer processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner also guides and supports recruiting teams and contributes to continuous process optimization within an RPO delivery model.

 

We are seeking a temporary team member for a 4–6 month contract supporting a customer project in Cary, NC, beginning in 2026.

What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting strategies, client needs, and methods that achieve the highest fill rates, while providing input on system enhancements and process improvements. 

  • Source potential candidates through the company database, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, expanding the network of qualified talent. 

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and critical success factors using behavioral and situational techniques, then qualify and submit candidates per client and RPO guidelines. 

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including submission, interview coordination, offer development, negotiation, closing, and all related administrative components, while maintaining strong communication with candidates from application through placement. 

  • Negotiate compensation packages with consideration for individual and team gross margin goals and extend offers of employment on behalf of the client.

  • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 

  • Support large-scale, high-volume recruiting programs by leveraging expertise in RPO delivery, ATS management, process optimization, and event-based hiring. 

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to recruiting teams, promoting accountability, ownership, and adherence to SOPs and client processes. 

  • Partner closely with internal and external leadership on key initiatives, project planning, and process enhancements, applying strategic, data-driven insights to drive efficient hiring and continuous improvement. 

  • Build and sustain strong, consultative client relationships and proactively identify and resolve challenges while influencing outcomes and adapting to diverse client needs. 

  • Stay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor activity, recommending enhancements to recruitment strategies and overall departmental effectiveness. 

  • Travel approximately four weeks over a three-month period, to support client hiring events, special projects, and team initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Two years of full cycle recruiting in life sciences; commercial experience preferred. 

  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. 

  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.  

  • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.  

  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.  

  • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience. 

  • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers. 

  • Affect or change others' positions and opinions. 

  • Engage effectively in dialogue. 

 

Salary: Annualized at $65,000 (actual pay will be prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment) + bonus eligibility.

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
