Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of tailored software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of custom software projects and driving successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Work closely with the client s IT team and Business teams
- The SAP EWM consultant oversees and ensures alignment with business needs within the EWM solution. They: - Define the overall configuration on strategy and standards with the support of SAP EWM SMEs and Group IT - Supervise and review the configuration on work carried out by consultants
- Ensure integra on with other SAP modules and external systems
- Resolve complex design or process issues
- Ensure consistency and quality of the solution on throughout the project lifecycle
- You will be responsible for designing and advising SAP EWM solutions to optimize supply chain management.
- Your day-to-day ac vi es include analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- You must have an expert level of proficiency in SAP EWM. Analyze business requirements and design customized SAP EWM solutions to optimize supply chain management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integra on of SAP EWM solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation on lifecycle.
- Consulting the client stakeholders on Industry Best Practices.
Should be knowledgeable on SAP standard solution on offers.
- Experience in Yard Logistics processes is welcome .
- Experience in SAP Implementation on Projects and client consulting is a must , 8+ years of experience min .


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise-level applications.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability in custom software environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
