THE ROLE:

This will be a Hybrid role 3/2

 

Driving policies and best practices of Identity Access and Management (IAM) across the enterprise organization. Assess continuous improvement based on technology upgrades, software, systems, and best practices. Responsible for monitoring, upgrading, support, and management of IAM infrastructure related systems.  

 

YOUR IMPACT  

  • Serves as an escalation point for advanced operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environment including but not limited to: API Management, holistic SSO, modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth), CyberArk (password vaulting, privileged session management, and credential rotation), and SailPoint identity Now.  

  • Advanced understanding of IAM process protocols and environment (i.e. multi-factor authentication and NIST standards)  

  • Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environment  

  • Conducting triage and resolution of IAM issues and outages. 

  • Leading project workstreams across end-to-end IAM and infrastructure projects  

  • Cross team collaboration with business and information technology stakeholders, driving solutions design and development. 

  • Learning and adopting emerging technologies 

  • Design, implement, and operate complex enterprise IAM solutions  

  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL framework, ticket resolutions, and stakeholder response 

  • Actively supporting the advancement of the strategic roadmap  

  • Guide junior engineers and translate business needs into technical IAM designs.  

  • Develop process improvement strategies based on pattern recognition with the business for pro-active solutions 

  • Other duties as assigned.  

  • Regular attendance is required. 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. 

  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, customer service, problem solving, cross team collaboration, risk analysis, analytical, operating systems, hardware, infrastructure design, scripting 

  • Strong communication, time management, problem solving, teamwork, leadership, mentoring, project management, business acumen, requirements gathering, planning. 

  • SailPoint IdentityNow experience preferred.  

 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field. 

Pay Range:

$102,800.00 - $176,800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
