We seek an experienced, dedicated, analytical Inside Sales Representative to join our team.  Candidates should be high-energy individuals who can expand our national account base. 

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative at DataOne Systems in Dallas, TX.  The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, lead generation, and account management on a day–to–day basis. 

Responsibilities:

  • Be self-directed and can build relationships with our current customers

  • Locates new sales opportunities through tactics like cold calling and other methods of client outreach

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to close sales; understands customers’ needs and makes effective sales pitches

  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction

  • Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry

Qualifications:

  • Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients

  • Experience with selling services

  • Willing to have a hands-on approach

  • Experience in OEM or telecommunications a plus
