Job Description:

Operations Support

  • Support daily import and export processing activities.

  • Monitor package movement and shipment status.

  • Coordinate pickup and delivery activities with drivers.

  • Prepare operational reports and maintain records.

  • Ensure compliance with UPS operational procedures and service standards.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, pickups, deliveries, and claims.

  • Investigate service failures and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation and filing systems.

  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and cash handling records where applicable.

  • Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.

  • Support audits and compliance checks.

Driver and Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with drivers regarding delivery exceptions, pickups, and route issues.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on operational matters.

  • Ensure timely communication between operations, customers, and vendors.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track operational KPIs such as:

  • Service performance

  • Scan compliance

  • Package handling productivity (PPH)

  • Cost Per Piece (CPP)

  • On-time pickup and delivery performance

  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
