Job Description:
Operations Support
Support daily import and export processing activities.
Monitor package movement and shipment status.
Coordinate pickup and delivery activities with drivers.
Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with UPS operational procedures and service standards.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, pickups, deliveries, and claims.
Investigate service failures and provide timely updates to customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues.
Administrative Duties
Prepare and maintain operational documentation and filing systems.
Process invoices, vendor payments, and cash handling records where applicable.
Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
Support audits and compliance checks.
Driver and Vendor Coordination
Liaise with drivers regarding delivery exceptions, pickups, and route issues.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors on operational matters.
Ensure timely communication between operations, customers, and vendors.
Performance Monitoring
Track operational KPIs such as:
Service performance
Scan compliance
Package handling productivity (PPH)
Cost Per Piece (CPP)
On-time pickup and delivery performance
Generate reports and provide data analysis to management.
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
