Summary:
We are seeking SAP Basis Full Stack Engineer role to build and integrate SAP Applications, overall health, performance, and architecture of SAP system landscape.
Role requires managing end-to-end SAP landscapes effectively — from installation and configuration to performance optimization, upgrade, and troubleshooting.
This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional SAP Landscapes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence with AI-first mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design SAP landscapes and knowledge on basic network concepts for SAP workload on Hyper scaler (Azure/AWS/GCP) and On-premises and design compatibility for file system layout for SAP environment.
• Hands on experience on SAP eco-system High-Availability Cluster & Disaster Recovery setup and troubleshooting.
• While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from SAP and other providers.
• Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
• Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows
• Hands on Application lifecycle management- Automated build and validations, upgrades, patching and performance optimization of SAP S/4 HANA Suites (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) and SAP Business suite (ECC, BW, APO, PI/PO, MII, SLT, GRC, BI/BODS, Solution manager) for On-premises, Cloud & SAP RISE hosting.
• Good understanding and hands on of SAP BTP services administration (Integration Suite, ADS, Datasphere, BWZ, HANA Cloud, Cloud ALM, CTMS) and other SaaS Solutions like Ariba, Success factor, IBP, etc and worked on integrations with Cloud Connector and Backend SAP & 3rd party systems.
• Hands on Experience on OS/DB migration & upgrades with knowledge on SAP Service Market Place, Maintenance Planner, SWPM, SUM tools. Understand and support Pre-Go live checks and post go-live checks with On-prem, Cloud & SAP RISE hosting.
• SAP stack and platform Security – good knowledge on SAP and HANA security including SSL/TLS/SSFS/LSS/KMS/SSO/SAML.
• Knowhow on Cloud Advanced security for SAP (Roles, IAM, IDP, IPS, Active directory, etc.)
• Knowledge on SAP supported output management systems.
• Know how on Integration of friends of SAP – OpenText (VIM, Archive Server), Vertex, RedWood, Control-M, Revtrack, Blackline, Seeburger, StreamServe, WinShuttle, Greenlight, etc.
• Perform SAP Solution manager setups like Basic configurations, CTMS, LMDB, backbone connections, SLD, etc.
• Act as an SMA (Subject Matter Advisor) for multiple teams.
Professional &Technical skills:
• Technical Expertise: Understanding and knowledge of SAP platforms and technologies, including Cloud Solutions, SAP R3, and S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, Administration ABAP & JAVA and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)/SAP SAAS with SAP Databases (HANA/SYBASE IQ/MAX DB).
• Business Acumen: Build connect with client and align with business priorities.
• Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams, including SAP module leads and developers.
• Understanding of Python, Ansible, Terraform & YAML scripting.
• Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a cloud environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communicator with ability to drive critical issues (P1/P2 or Migration) with cross-functional, Multi-vendor (SAP, 3rd parties) and client vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiar with ITIL concepts of Service Management, Change Management and Root Cause Analysis and using the ITIL tools like ServiceNow, Jira, MS ADO, etc.
