As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. This role requires active participation in defining detailed requirements and crafting tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes. The position demands continuous engagement in refining application functionalities to ensure they meet evolving business objectives, while fostering communication across teams to support seamless project execution and delivery.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service workflows and automation within ServiceNow.
- Experience in customizing ServiceNow modules to align with specific business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to IT service management applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
