The Mobilization Client Account HR Lead (CAHRL) partners with our largest and most complex rebadging pursuits and client accounts to create a phenomenal onboarding and integration employee and team experience where people work every day.

The Mobilization CAHRL role is a new type of CAHRL role and is evolving to partner with rebadging / client transition opportunities across these dimensions:

• Pre-close – Partner and collaborate with various functions and business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of all aspects influencing people strategy during the mobilization;

• Integration strategy – Support the execution of the rebadging and integration strategy including alignment of processes and policies, movement of people into our operating model, and enablement of engagement and retention programs;

• Business imperatives - Define and implement strategies to support key business imperatives (e.g., headcount growth, key talent retention, cultural integration, corporate functions alignment);

• Talent Planning & Rotation – Ensure a focus on pyramid refresh, role rotation and succession planning linked to the account talent and location strategy;

• Relationship building and coaching – Build relationships with the account leadership with an understanding of culture and strengths to establish a trusted relationship open for influence and coaching;

• Overall talent strategy – Lead the design, creation and implementation of the overall talent strategy for the account including Performance Achievement, I&D, engagement and wellbeing, Learning programs and leadership development;

By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a hybrid setup.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Minimum 9 years talent strategy, T&O / HR business partner and / or HR service delivery experience;

• Thrives with autonomy while also staying connected to a broader team for ideation and best practices;

• Strong executive presence with ability to partner with and coach senior leaders;

• Passion for developing inclusive and diverse teams;

• Experience using data and reporting to generate insight;

• Ability to be agile with flexibility and comfort with unknown and changing circumstances;

• Continuous and curious learner with a commitment to developing self and others;

• Advanced English speaker;

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with account/market/market unit leads when needed in people matters and coordinate and deliver HR activities across the account, within and outside of the MU.
