The Project Manager PMO, position under the Enterprise PMO will focus on supporting projects/programs which facilitate the regulatory compliance of existing products to ensure we remain in market. This role works closely with Marketing, R&D and Regulatory across multiple regions and production sites to ensure product line continuity.
What You Will Do
Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed work breakdown structures
Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured execution plans to meet the demands of the business
Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits
Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using industry-standard tools
Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables
Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection
Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview)
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments
$83,300.00 - $180,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
