Job Description:

  • Responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective dispatching of the flight schedule using training resources such as instructors, aircraft, classrooms, and simulators.
  • Maximize assets and mitigate cancellations while adhering to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient schedule execution and a collaborative environment.
  • Partner with Maintenance to ensure inspections and repairs are completed appropriately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Perform dispatching activities that support operational continuity while mitigating cancellations.
  • Maintain regular collaboration with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective schedule dispatching.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2‑year technical degree, associate degree, or college degree in a job‑related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well‑developed analytical and conceptual skills with strong situational awareness.
  • Ability to uphold policies and provide appropriate pushback when needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a customer service‑focused environment.
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of commercial aviation and flight training concepts and principles.
  • Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and completing transactions.
  • Experience in aviation planning, scheduling, or related operational environments.
