Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
  • Documents best practices, knowledge base articles for existing and new systems
  • Microsoft systems and cloud II/III engineering
  • Identify ideal automation opportunities within the environment
  • Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security and operational guidelines
  • Participate in development efforts relating to cloud infrastructure and security
  • Track all service requests to completion
  • Script or code to achieve automation and process efficiency
  • Use exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems
  • Provide resources, guidance and best practices with DPR’s developments team(s) as it relates to infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting various technology stacks and are comfortable with learning new technologies
  • Microsoft systems experience
  • 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience preferred
  • Microsoft Cloud certifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in Information Technology
  • Strong familiarity with Azure development services and offerings (DevOps, web apps, logic apps, etc.)
  • Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS technology experience
  • Deep understanding of Azure RBAC and custom roles
  • Microsoft Office 365 technology experience
  • PowerShell 4.0+ scripting and JSON
  • Ability to work independently and with other teams
  • Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem identification and incident management

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Salary is just one component of DPR's total compensation package. Colorado Springs Pay Range: $80,195 to $120,293. Sacramento, San Diego, Denver, Baltimore, Pay Range: $88,214 to $132,322. Seattle, Newport Beach Pay Range: $96,234 to $144,352 . Redwood City, San Francisco, San Jose Pay Range: $104,254 to $156,380

Anticipated starting pay range:

$80,195.00- $156,380.00
