The Scaled Partner Business Manager at WalkMe is responsible for expanding and accelerating WalkMe’s partner ecosystem by managing a broad portfolio of partners—including SIs, VARs, Solution Providers, and Digital Transformation Consultants—through programmatic, data-driven, and scalable engagement models.
This role enables partners to independently deliver value across WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), ensuring they are trained, enabled, and aligned with WalkMe’s standards of delivery excellence. You will serve as the connective tissue between partners and WalkMe’s internal teams, driving ecosystem impact at scale to increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, improve partner readiness, and strengthen WalkMe’s market presence. This entry level role will report directly to the APAC Vice President of the WalkMe Alliances & Channels organization.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
