Everyday Business Banking (EBB) supports the full spectrum of business customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. It has accountability for product management across Cash Management, Payments, and Commerce Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience. The team is also responsible for the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.

As a Senior Manager in the Customer Pricing Strategy and Design team, your role is key in supporting both the execution of strategic priorities as well as design and development of pricing governance frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have the opportunity to tackle a diverse range of initiatives from improving pricing processes to execution of major strategic initiatives and projects that deliver against our key business priorities.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead and execute strategic initiatives to enhance pricing governance processes that simplify and mitigate risk across EBB
Provide inputs to establish a three year forward strategy and periodic refresh of the strategic direction
Developing and designing the pricing features of a designated new product or enhancement to address an identified market need or opportunity
Monitoring business results of recently introduced or enhanced products and recommending modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results
Managing data and analytics to build robust pricing models and find optimisation opportunities
Monitor business results for existing products and recommend modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results
Understand and listen to the voice of the customer, be across and predict industry trends to help our customers meet their needs
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Experience within banking services, strategy, and/or process improvement
Strong strategic thinking and a drive to get things done, being able to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities. Success in the role requires the ability to lead and influence without direct authority
Proven success in leading and executing a defined strategic roadmap
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to inform decisions
Ability to work independently and proactively with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Successful change agent with a strong bias to challenging the status quo
