Summary
 

Assists in the implementation of activities and programs for various business units within the organization.

Location: This role is onsite at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.

Work Environment: The work hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM


Description
 

  • Assists with the implementation of various activities and programs for assigned business units within the organization. Follows/updates established procedures.

  • Establishes and maintains effective communications with various business units within the organization.

  • Conducts research and analysis of various reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

  • Identifies areas of needed improvement and communicates to management. Monitors quality indicators as warranted.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Required Work Experience: No previous work experience required.

  • Required Software and tools: Ability to use standard office equipment.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or other word processing/spreadsheet software..

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.

  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.

  • Good judgment skills.

  • Effective customer service and organizational skills. Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Analytical or critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
