As the primary factory responsible for strategic sourcing, our mission is to ensure the seamless availability of materials, exceptional delivery performance, and competitive cost efficiency. We continuously review and balance demand and supply to anticipate changes and manage expenditures with both short-term and medium-term strategies. Our goal is to meet targets for total cost of ownership, quality, and supply reliability. By collaborating with factory and Product Line stakeholders, we support project implementation and uphold the highest standards of operation in line with PG, BU, and Product Line regulations and procedures. How you’ll make an impact

  • Sourcing: Manage local and Product Line spend, implement sourcing strategies, handle RFQs, and manage supplier agreements

  • Bidding & Orders: Control material prices and terms, analyze cost gaps, and improve tender processes

  • Factory Processes: Engage in material planning, support cost-saving initiatives, and handle escalations

  • Supplier Management: Qualify and evaluate suppliers, manage performance issues, and handle claims

  • Projects: Lead cost-cutting and risk mitigation projects, support new product introductions

  • Leadership: Organize and develop the team, ensure proper staffing and motivation

Your background

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Skills: Strong analytical, resiliency, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
